What is the status of my order?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, UPS is experiencing service interruptions and delivery changes in some areas and residencies. Please use your tracking number to monitor your order's progress. Learn more about UPS response to COVID-19 and terms of service changes here.

Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders placed during weekends, special promotions, and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to display transit information. 

Please note that multiple item orders will most likely ship separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment. 

Order Holds 

For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Your order may be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

Canceled Orders 

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

  1. The item(s) sold out 
  2. Warehouse Issue 
  3. We are unable to verify your billing information

If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order with be returned back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Once an order is canceled it can not be reinstated. 

How do I track my order? 

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply logging into your account and clicking “My Orders”. Otherwise, you can track your order on the Track My Order page. 

If you are not receiving email notifications regarding your order please check your spam/junk folders.
