What is an E-Gift Card?
A Sole Society E-Gift Card is the perfect gift to send to someone special! E-Gift Cards are electronically delivered via E-Mail and can be used to purchase virtually anything on SoleSociety.com. They can be purchased in any amount between $25 - $500 dollars, can include a special message, and can be sent to your recipient on any date you choose.

How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
To purchase an E-Gift Card, simply visit www.solesociety.com/gift-cards.html. Enter your information, your recipients information, a personal note, the amount of the E-Gift Card and when you'd like it delivered. Then add it to your Bag and Checkout!
Please Note: E-Gift Cards can not be sent immediately. Cards take a minimum of 12 hours to process payment and send to your recipient. You can also choose to send your card on a specific date during Checkout.

How do I redeem an E-Gift Card?
To redeem your Sole Society E-Gift Card, enter your E-Gift Card code at Checkout. You'll receive your E-Gift Card code via an email from the gifter/sender's email address titled "Someone Loves You!". Make sure you save your code and/or email containing the code. If you lose your code or email, please call us at 877-765-3009. Please note, E-Gift Cards are only redeemable online at www.solesociety.com.
To check your balance, visit www.solesociety.com/gift-cards.html or click on the Gift Cards link at the bottom of any page. On the Gift Card page, under "The Sole Society E-Gift Card" you'll see a link to check your balance. Enter your code in the space provided and click the Check Balance button. You can also check your balance by calling us at (877) 765-3009 and providing them with your code.
Sole Society E-Gift Cards do not expire.
Any unused E-Gift Card balance will stay on your E-Gift Card code. Make sure you save your code and/or email containing the code. If you lose your code or email, please call us at 877-765-3009.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Redemption: Gift cards must be redeemed through Sole Society's Web Site, www.solesociety.com, towards the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the gift card credit balance. Any unused credit will be placed back on the gift card code. If an order exceeds the amount of available credit, the balance must be paid with a credit card or store credit.
- Limitations: Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.
- Our Policies: Gift Cards and their use on the SoleSociety.com Web Site are subject to Sole Society's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for gift cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a gift card is stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
- Fraud: Sole Society will have the right to close client accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the SoleSociety.comWeb Site.
- Limitation of Liability: SOLESOCIETY.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.
