What is your shipping policy?

Currently, Sole Society ships to the U.S. - Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States, Guam/Virgin Islands, or military addresses. 

Sole Society does not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery Costs and Times

Sole Society packages are shipped Monday through Friday from New Jersey.  Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 7AM PST / 10AM EST will ship same-day.  Delivery costs and arrival dates will vary, depending on where packages are being delivered.  

To meet our customers' needs, we offer the following shipping options:

  • UPS Ground (7-10 business days)- $4.95 or Free for orders over $50
  • UPS 3 Day - $9.95
  • UPS 2 Day - $14.95 
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - $24.95

All shipping methods operate on business days only. At this time we do not offer weekend, overnight, or holiday shipping methods.  For an arrival chart based on expedited shipping please visit our Shipping page

Please Note: Sole Society will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes. Shipping charges are non returnable or refundable. 


Free Ground Shipping Promotion

To qualify for free standard ground shipping, you must meet a purchase subtotal of $50.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. Does not include Sole Society e-gift cards. 

All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do NOT qualify.  

Free 2-Day Shipping Promotion

ShopRunner members are entitled to free UPS 2-Day shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States.

Address Changes 

For UPS address changes, we encourage customers to create a “UPS My Choice” membership, which allows them to use features to reschedule or redirect the delivery to an alternative address or The UPS Store. 

Lost Packages

All lost packages must be reported within 60 days of your order's ship date.

If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service:

Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.

If you still are unable to find your package, please contact us at sos@solesociety.com, and we will be happy to start a claim with the shipper.  All lost packages must be reported at least 3 days of the posted delivery date.
